How could you forget the original Star Wars: The Clone Wars which was introduced on CN India in 2009-10 as the first attempt along with Batman: The Brave and the Bold and miserably failed to garner an audience, although the laser swords was only thing that drew the children to it, many simply failed to grasp it's storyline. I actually started sw in August of 2022 and in last I watched final season of cw in 2nd week of December and now in jan I started watching rebels along with bad batch s2 but I am taking a pause bcs of exams after March I will complete rebels, bad batch s2 and mandalorian s3. Yeah I Understand Star Wars is a bit hard to understand in the first watch like I watched the phantom menace for the first time and like I clearly didn’t understand the conflict between the trade federation and naboo and the only thing I understood was qui gon getting anikin and the senate meetings didn’t make much sense to me. But I didn’t give up, I was determined to get to know this galaxy no matter what came between my way, I bought like 20 Star Wars books in my nearest book store (I was shocked that they had Star Wars books in their store given how small the fandom here is) and got really interested in this galaxy and it was the best treat of my life

By the way, if you who want to watch "Star Wars", watch it neither in the Chronological order nor in the Release order but in the Machete order. Machete Order: (1) Episode IV : A New Hope (2) Episode V : The Empire Strikes Back (3) Episode I : The Phantom Menace (4) Episode II : Attack of the Clones (5) Episode III : Revenge of the Sith (6) Episode VI : Return of the Jedi Star Wars was originally released as a single trilogy which contained episodes IV, V, VI. Years later, a prequel trilogy was released which contained episodes I, II, III. I watched it in the chronological order (prequel trilogy then original trilogy) so the big plot twist in Episode V was ruined for me as I already knew the story before Episode IV. Now some people say to watch it in the release order (original trilogy then prequel trilogy) but it also has its flaws, like the ending of Episode VI feels extremely emotional when you know the complete story from Episode I, something which is missing in the release order. Also, Episode IV might be a bit boring but stick on as you will love Episode V. Whether to watch episodes VII, VIII, IX and the standalone movies is on you as some of them are good but most of them are bad.

I think Star Wars is something, that if you watch it now also, you will enjoy it. But the problem is the amount of content you have to cover, which makes viewers to think about it twice before start watching it. Take an example of a person who haven't watched Naruto or One Piece, and you are recommending him/her to must watch. When that person will discover that the series has so much episodes, won't he/she think twice before start watching it? That's the same case with Star Wars right now.

Well.. one thing which excites me abt Star Wars that there not any concept of hero and villain trying to save ppl of earth.. nowadays its hard to bring a sci-fi concept which doesn't involve weak humans (as they portray in Marvel and DC and Anime).. other thing abt this series which is definitely interesting that creating an emotional attachment to a specific character without showing his flashback which is really rare to see these days.. although the animation is too good but the comedy is really there for kids in it, must have madebit for kids.. now the best one is movies as the CGI effects they nailled.. would really prefer film over the animation here but to know a bit of story a little more then you can try watching animation as well as the HiCan said (hidden calliber)
