Courtney Sanders has a dream for 19 years, that dream was to start a restaurant using the skills he learned from his Grandmother. Emma Lee. He now has a weekend soul food restaurant in Hot Springs with the help of friends and family It is at 765 Park Avenue Open Sat at 11am-3 and Sunday 12-4.

@@msway836 The crazy thing is...at first glance, it looked as though the black people were serving the white people. However, I had to take a deeper look and open my mind more. Perhaps that's the case, yet the white people "know a good meal" so they spend their MONEY and support the black business, enabling the black families to sustain and support theirs. The circle of life. United We Stand...Divided We Fall!!

This is one cooking family, I have high regards for the love, respect and teamwork that this family upholds to, no egos, no inter conflict, just old fashion hard working ethnics, I came from a cooking family, they were also great cooks and party cooks as well, but the problem was too many egos, lack of unity, lack of respect just very unfortunate, but as I see your family is just the opposite it brings tears to my eyes, I also noticed that your training the younger generation and passing the torch down creating a legacy which to be proud of, amazing and many more blessings upon the family ❤️

I live in northern California and we do not have a soul food restaurant there, and the nearest one is 2 hour south of us. When I have it I almost cry because I knows its cooked from love and all about quality unlike other types of food which is about quantity.
