Hide's Road to the 2016 Olympia - Part 3 Back

In Part 3 of our behind the scenes/Road to the 2016 Olympia, DaveMadMax catches up with Hidetada Yamagishi in Las Vegas. The Dragon trains back at City Athletic Club (one of the most famous gyms in LV) 7 weeks out from the Big O show. He starts with a small warm up, and talks about how he feels less than 2 months from the biggest show of the year. Then we get to the meat and potatoes of the workout, beginning with wide grip body weight pullups. Haha I like the tension between hide and jose. Jose is super cool but its obvious hide wants to take his head off again in Olympia to prove a point. Its a good time tho, looks like Boston mass been partyin a lot after his wedding!

Fuckin hell I love these.. this is what bodybuilding is about if you ask me. Iris included. Look at them spending their day here like some people spend theirs in a fuckin pub. These huge specimen full of roids just havin a great fuckin time spending it tryin to become unnaturally lookin mutants. Not even hating. Iris looks fuckin wicked. I've never seen a physique like that. Fuck no I wouldn't date her but you gotta respect her ambition for the sport. These people both got a great personality and drive. So cool seein em kill it together. Watchin this just feels so surreal
