Good for you, can still eat dried fruits which are so loaded with sugar. Fruits are healthy but the sugar for "younger" people, nah. Potassium helps muscles to contract and supports normal blood pressure. Likewise dapat drink Vitamin B-Complex which are vitamins for the nerves to prevent ngalay and nerve pains & may recommended mcg kaya not sure if gotten complete by just eating. Also Caltrate for strong bones kc wala ng hormones. and Vitamin D lalo di naaarawan sa UK dapat 30 minutes daily from 10:30 ti 11:30 AM, not early pang-baby lng yun.

Dried fruits contain more fiber and more of the antioxidants called phenols than fresh fruit, per ounce. People with diets rich in plant phenols have lower rates of heart disease, diabetes, several kinds of cancer, and possibly degenerative brain diseases. So, by all means keep eating dried fruits: they are full of healthy nutrients. But avoid the added sugars, and keep track of calories. If you are concern about added sugars, always refer to Nutrition Facts labels approved by government, thus the amount of added sugars in serving will be easy to determine. Of course try to eat everything in moderation. Even fresh fruits have natural sugars in it, too much of anything is bad for the health. It's not advisable to just take Calcium supplements or Caltrate without doctor's advice. Calcium supplements are given only if the blood calcium levels are below normal range. Excess Calcium can cause leaching of the calcium from the bones, muscle stiffness, pain, and even for some people can cause calcium-forming kidney stones. You can get calcium naturally from dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, milk or from vegetables such as bok choy, broccoli, kale and collard greens, or from almonds and chia seeds. By the way, Ultraviolet Index is high between 10AM to 4PM. If you need to go out during times when UV Index is at its highest, be sure to wear sunscreen, protective clothing, wide brimmed hat/sun glasses. Exposure to the sun's UV rays can cause damage to the skin, and can even lead to skin cancer/melanoma, even when it's not particularly hot outside or it's cloudy. Sun exposure can cause premature aging due to the effect of UV radiation on the skin's collagen and melanin levels.

Take good care of your health po.

Banana is the number one high in potassium just eat everyday one mahirap din yong Tumawag ang potassium mo you have to balance kapag ok na half banana if 3 x a day to balance. Fruit, vegetables and fish some times you have to eat chicken without skin . Once you started coloring your hair you have to do it open that’s why I never dye my hair I am lazy for that anyway it’s nice to be natural we have to accept the reality that we getting old. He……that’s the truth. Take care of yourself. ❤️😁
