I can bet that this is the only solid explanation of .htaccess file on KZbin, which is surprising taking into account that if anyone wants to write vanilla PHP, .htaccess file is a must. That is exactly how it works. :) You simply leave the .php off your URL before the ? example.com/Page?id=12345

It becomes more difficult when linking to your CSS , includes, and other linked files when you enter into a hierarchy of folders. I would say probably not.
