When you listen to the conductor on the scanner you can hear him say "Q698-31, engine CSXT 7501, Northbound clear signal 308 (milepost) north out, northbound out".

Zachary, the conductor said "308 Holdout, Northbound out." That is the signal that used to stand about a quarter-mile from this crossing.
