That's one of the graphical glitches that Yandere Dev can't really do much about. If you're on one of the lowest settings then a ponytail hairband will appear even if a person's hair isn't tied up in that specific area. It also only is on specific hairstyles as well, like some of the hairs that you can change Yandere-chan's hair to.

Jay I have one! 1. Go to the Students file through JSON as usual when attempting to add Osana to the game, 2. Under the ' Reserved' Slot there is a series of 'Unknown' slots. 3. In the Unknown slot directly under the reserved slot replace ' Unknown ' with anything, I put Yandere Clone.. You'll see why. 4. Go into the game as usual. 5. When loading into the school just keep a look out! There! Ayano now has a clone! ( Who likes to change her shoes outside??) She does react to laughter, laugh so the hardest you can SMASH THE BUTTON! Look what will happen, you can talk to her after that but she will only spin in circles.. :) Remember, you're THAT DUDE!
