The money mostly goes to lawyers anyway. This is what ruins children’s hopes for decent lives and education. The constant removal of wealth by lawyers who “say” their work is “beneficial”. It is beneficial for them only, and for the wealthy who have the funds to manipulate the law.

Well said....my divorce lawyer was lying through his teeth to the extent that made me to start questioning the purpose of their existence...I don't know about Canada, but in the US, it is the one who can afford a lawyer always wins in family law cases

When women could just come to an agreement out of court with there husband and save them both a bunch of money but they refuse to and it all ends up spent in court on attorneys and they both walk away with literally $0.00 And then you see the women all happy because there husband lost everything but yet they have nothing themselves. spouse wants to keep house and not pay out any money. Using pension and retirement as leverage, no kids involved. moved out about 7 months ago, other party delaying the process dont want to come to an agreement.

What if the father claims 65k on taxes, but on his checking accounts under additions and etc.. it says he deposited over 100k and also made payments to credit cards over 50k that’s not linked to that checking account- would all that money found be considered in child support?

Dosent work that way in a lot of states. I never got married and I’m currently paying $1000 in spousal support and $2000 in child support. You don’t have to get married to still get fucked.
