It's a shame he has to hide it. Personally, I would love to see all those on display

Sad....I bet her shoe collection is front and center. I see more bayonets at a bargain price in your future. ...speaking from experience. Kudo's for hiding it and you're knowledge is awesome.

There is a certain genius to it, if I were stashing mine out of sight, I could sneak a lot more in

If I had $10k+ in bayonet's I'd hide them from the missus too.

Hiya love your bayo knowledge and vids...my collection is of USA knife bayos just so I don't end up with boxes and boxes and spend to much money so keeping it modest. I'm single and one of the best things about it is that I don't have to hide or ask permission to get things I want, the freedom is awesome. I've started with m4 and from ww2 all the way up to present day bayos that the USA issue, would love to get a nice m3 trench knife. Also focus on very good condition bayos just have some sealed m7 coming which I won't open I've purchased the same previously which I opened very carefully and keep them stored wrapped in their boxes. I'm a big fan of bayonets in excellent condition. Love the idea of a 50 to 80 year old brand new knifes. Cheers and regards damo.

Sounds like a great little stash, I love how well documented the US bayonets are. There is so much to learn about them

What’s wrong with the m9 bayonet?
@pointynotsharp84367 ай бұрын
Too big and bulky for its purpose, plus terrible penetration on target. Back in 2011 there was also no way to molly them onto your gear, this has since been fixed. Not to mention it flops around when running. Pretty much when carrying 50kgs of gear, the last thing you want to carry is a bulky bayonet you can't use as well as a M7

@@pointynotsharp8436we use the sA80 bayonet which is not too bad. I’ve been out of the army for near 30 years and its still used. I’ve got one myself as well as other bayonet’s

I really like the esthetics of the m9 but agree it is a cumbersome package.
