Thanks! I mentioned just briefly DF black in the conclusion... it's been surpassed by most newer DACs for some time now, so this one is simply better all-around.

Thx as always ! You mentioned the DF Black with pertinence since the $$ range, yet I was wondering how it would compare to the DF Red & Cobalt, even knowing the $$ difference. I already got the red, & would be good selling it for a cheaper yet better 1 (+ resolving, better sound stage...) . :)

Brother, how does it compare to Hidizs DH80s which you highly rated last year. It’s almost the same price .

DH80s is noticeably warmer sounding DAC, more bassy and with tamer highs. This one is quicker and brighter - you could probably say more technically inclined. So preferring one of these two is more about personal preference and matching really.

I just bought it, don't waste your money buying tremendous garbage, I tried it on an s22 ultra, it has constant errors, sometimes it only decoded MQA and not another format, in the hiby app sometimes the volume was constantly lowered and raised, and on Tidal the music was at 0.5 speed and everything was modulated as if Tanos was speaking in slow motion, only on the PC did it work normally for me. DON'T BUY IT PEOPLE FOR GOD'S sake! This DAC ruined my week with all its deficiencies...

Depending on my mood, mostly SP third person like The Last of US, Tomb Raider, Dark Souls, God of War, etc. But sometimes I do like a good strategy like StarCraft, HoMM, They Are Billions, etc. That's just from the top of my head, I've been gaming for 30 years since SNES so the list of my favourite games is long. 🙂
