U need training on ur pooping Technique!!! if u would squeeze both sides of the pore the blemish will come out. I know it hard sometimes 2get them out but squeezing it properly truly helps.

Gente sinceramente tenho a minha pele super oleosa e chegando um determinado tempo começou a mim incomodar dava no rosto e pescoço era uma coisa assim quanto mais nervosa aparecia as espinhas trabalhei trinta anos no Centro cirúrgico de um hospital em Brasília foi ótima a experiência e como pessoa humilde e respeitosa passei a ter contatos conversar servir e deixar os lanches dos médicos que demoravam na cirurgia nesse hospital era 60,sessenta cirurgias eletivas fora as cesareana curetagem e os pacientes acidentados era um horror mais saia tudo conforme Deus permitia ai conheci uma dermatologista que até hoje trabalha só no seu consultório já aposentou uma Gaúcha muito educada tratava a gente como gente e outra era casada com um dos anestesista que também trabalhava lá no mesmo hospital muitos generosos muitos humildes então tudo que era feito num consultório era feito no Centro cirúrgico então nela tinha muitos paciente que tinha muito dos problemas de pele quase todo dia ela tinha paciente como eu na minha cidade em 1974 cheguei aqui já com o curso de enfermagem e o segundo grau ai o dono do médico um dia chegou lá pedindo para fazer uma laparotomia eu atendi ele fiz a anotação no pedido quando terminou a cirurgia ele chegou a mim e procurou vc é do Nordeste eu respondi sim vc é professora não eu fiz o científico pois me chame a responsável pra mim de imediato ele falou pra ela a partir de hoje essa moça será a secretaria do centro cirúrgico ai ela era descendente de Italianos quase 2 metros de altura e falou tudo bem ela será a nossa secretaria e aí ele respondeu vive muita gente perdida nesse mundo que não é valorizada ai ela respondeu mas tem uma coisa ela será a responsável pela as 9 salas preparando a medicações dos anestesista ela só não vai auxiliar as cirurgias e instrumental as mesma ele falou e me perguntou vc da conta eu pisei bem firme mas já tinha conversado com Deus e os Anjos que protegesse oe assim fiquei 30 anos no mesmo trabalhomela saiu e quando foi que chegou o os anos 1990 apareceu as enfermeiras ai a coisa mudou de rumo e eu ali responsável por toda parte burocrática nunca tive nenhum atrito com pessoa nenhuma e hoje vou fazer 72 anos mas trabalhei em clínicas acompanhando pessoas idosas e assim tenho o maior orgulho de falar que sou casada a 45 anos fiz agora em dezembro tenho duas filhas formadas uma é jornalis e educadora e a segunda e Advogada são casadas criei como fui criada e aí a vida segue esse testemunho estou deixando com muito orgulho abraços tudo de bom pra vcs abraço a todos Condita Andrade sua criada de sempre
