How ironic that the "disposable tool" he created would be the one to slay him in the end! He got off lucky, though. He may have been a lying prisoner of his own twisted delusions, but even the serpent doesn't deserve to be consumed by the Parasite.

Each Prophet Hierarch who ruled the Covenant during the War had chosen an ironic title for themsleves Prophet of Regret - He didn't regret any of his actions Prophet of Mercy - He was a cruel, and a merciless fanatic Prophet of Truth - A lying, manipulative psychopath

@@WhyTho525And to top it off they died very ironically. Regret got stuck on graveming and seemed to regret many things and not able to do anything about it. Mercy had flood pod on his neck choking him slowly to death and Chief gave him some mercy by killing him. Truth was lying and twisting all the time everything he said and does and got killed by one who learned the truth. Hidden genius these names and their motives and deaths.

I hope to see Prelates in combat some day. I’d gladly beat the crap out of them in the boots of Master Chief or slice them down as Thel Vadam

sadly it's highly unlikely. Not unless 343 changes drastically or another studio that cares more about Halo does the game.

The roleplay *idea* is good, but the execution... Well, if you can make it sound like it's natural - or that you're not trying - it'd take less devotion to sit through.
