Good afternoon. I bought an Aiyima board to use with this preamp (J115D-AMP-20181101.PCB).In my country, the socket has 3 pins. The middle pin is ground. There are only 2 pins on the board (Line and Neutral). Where do I connect the ground pin of the socket on the board?

Are you sure it's for Line and Neutral, for 230v/120v? If there's no GND on the PCB, connect the GND to the chassis of the board (where you are putting it in.) If you're not putting it in a chassis, then what the hell?
