This is probably the most in depth mesh video on youtube, great job The stock 24 pin corsair sleeved psu cables are able to wrap around to make management look cleaner. Also I recommend 180 degree gpu adapters to hide those cables too. Also the hdmi cable included was able to support 144hz on my monitor, maybe its not the same for all monitors
@PokerFaZe
@PokerFaZe 3 жыл бұрын
I do have the sleeved Corsair cables, I just like the pink cable I have 😬 and I don't want to use the the stock PCI-E power cable because of its pig-tail. Most older and budget high refresh rate monitors like mine require dual link DVI or DP. SSUPD know that so they charge the cable at premium price. I just wanted to call out their BS reason :)

Yeah, I hate that thing. You can grab a pin removal to pull out the cables, untangle them and plug back. That was what I did for one cable. Corsair also sells SF cable kit which comes with single 6+2 PCI-E cable, it is currently out of stock though :))

The level of detail in your video is so useful for helping people building their own SSUPD builds. Congratulations. I agree with others who said this is the most detailed video I've seen. The video angles are taken from an angle that helps the viewer understand how the case works. You really thought this through. Well done. Regarding the Cooler Master AIO block cooler being too big for the panel to fit @11:56, I checked the dimensions of the thickness of the Cooler Master block which is 47.1mm, whereas the thickness of the NZXT Z63 is 55mm, which is greater than the Cooler Master. And yet there are many reviews on youtube, and builds on Reddit, where the people seemed to have no problem fitting the NZXT cooler blocks in the SSUPD. So I don't understand how come you had such problems with the Cooler Master block protruding out of the case dimensions?
@PokerFaZe
@PokerFaZe 3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the compliment, I didn't expect it to be that helpful 😬 I just check the specs for the cooler via this link, the height of the block is actually 57.8mm www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/cpu-liquid-coolers/masterliquid-ml240-illusion/#specifications

Even though I've already bought these feet, I don't think I'm going to use them. Insured a got an angled extension that will make it easier to actually plug and unplug Displayport and HDMI devices while not adding any additional height to the Meshlicious. Also got an bracket on Etsy that allows me to mount two 60mm fans where the horizontal GPU IO would go. This will help exhaust GPU heat.

Have this case with Arctic 280mm with an Ryzen 9 5900x (undervolted with negative offset) and a RX6900xt from Sapphire. Let me tell you everything runs chill and temps are amazing with this case. The CPU on silent fan profile never surpasses 66C on stress and GPU core never reaches 70C while gaming (fan curve edit and slight undervolt). This case isn't for new people building an itx build but it's impressive how good temps are!

One possible reason is the vertical installation of graphics cards. For some graphics cards, such as the ASUS in the video, due to the design defect of the heat pipe, the working fluid is difficult to reflow, and the efficiency of the heat pipe drops sharply when installed vertically.

@PokerFaZe
@PokerFaZe 3 жыл бұрын
If you are asking about thermal paste, your new Kraken cooler should come pre-applied, so you don't need to buy anything. But if you are asking about the thermal pad and heatsink for your M.2 SSD. The thermal pad I am using is the Arctic thermal pad amzn.to/3sKuVDn. Any heatsink should work fine, you don't have to buy something expensive. The thermal pad is also sticky enough to hold it.
