Gorgeous! Love the addition of e-arc. NAD has typically led the market in this with the comparatively priced M10. The Nad M33 is of course way better but costs 2x as much.

I wouldn't go with "way better." Only slightly. And Rose claps it with the RS150B and RA180 combo.

@@tobiashansson8295 I emailed Gramaphone. This was the response I rec'd: "The Michi will destroy the Rose from a sound quality standpoint. It actually wouldn't even be close. The Rose is super convenient and sounds great. Overall we are talking about apples and oranges depending on what is important to you. Rose: (Convenience Choice) Best overall single box streaming amplifier under 4K. Michi X3: (Audiophile Choice) Best amplifier for the money I've ever heard. The thing is amazing. It is a race horse. Incredible product if you are ok having a separate box for your streaming."

Been seriously considering buying one of these. You can hook a TV up to it, correct? It would just be 2ch Audio, no sub out? I have a few weeks+ to make a decision. What other comps should I take a look at? Any AVR’s that give compatible amplification/sound within $1k of this? Any other integrated amps to consider? Is the NAD M33 better than this? I realize I’m firing a bunch of ?’s. This was a lot shorter of a review than you usually do.

The Rose is going to best basically all AVRs within a $1k delta for stereo. The Marantz Cinema 40 may hold its own mostly okay though. You can connect it to your TV. You can use the preouts for a sub and set the crossover on your sub appropriately. M33 has slightly better amps in it but not by much, and while I love the Purify amps that NAD uses, I personally don't love the voicing of its preamp stage. The Rose is crazy competitive at under $4k.

The combo of a RS150B and a RA180 is one of the best two channel setups that I can think of.

Really hard to wrong with either. Rose is a true all in one just add speakers kind of product, with a very clean and detailed sound. The Michi is a touch smoother and will require a source of some kind. Best advice I can really give is to demo both and just follow your ears.
