Understanding & Mastering Legato Slides in Ample Sound

which guitar have you used for the melo sir ?? and how had you given that vibrating sound effect to it ??

Changing velocity of the second note will change duration of slide, but Can I make the second note soft or hard dynamically as I want? If not, it's quite inconvenient and not musical.

Good voice, great teaching style. I'd recommend up gain on the music to match clarity of narration... my opinion. The last 1/2 is right herein!

Question: I used this tutorial and made some legato slides in Ample Riffer. Sadly, when I "dragged to Daw" (into Sonar Artist-- my Ample Guitar track), it crashes over and over. I went on forums and found out it's because Sonar can't handle Ample well as a VST3. So I more it to VST2 and... well... then it let's me drag the riff in, but when I play it, it plays back without the legato slides. (Sigh). Just wonder if you have found easy ways to drag riffs into Sonar. Otherwise it's really sad to make a beautiful riff and not be able to get it out of riffer, lol. Great video btw! Thank you!

Thanks for this video! The problem is that I can't get the virtual players hand back to a certain position on the fretboard. So I do a legato slide, but the hand then stays there, while I want lower notes to be played in the beginning of the fretboard. Is there any way to reset the hand position? In shreddage 3 I can automate the hand movement, which is awesome, I wonder if there's such an option here?

Great videos, Thank you so much! Now I begin to understand about Riffer, but it´s a bit difficult to see it´s a pity they don´t have vertical White lines for the beats. Is it possibly to play on Ample sounds basses as a "real bassplayer" they almost never play with open strings, instead they start at band 5 and downward to the bridge, thats makes better sound and shorter and faster way for your fingers, If so can you do a video about that? I´m also would like a video about the settings, because my ABJ sounds more like a piano in pick mode. Thanks anyway for a great channel, my new favorite channel Tom

i normally do this in my DAW, piano view, it's easier in my opinion... turn off snap in you're good to go :)
