I lived at Clachtoll, about half way along the single track road between Stoer lighthouse and Lochinver for 13 years. I still miss it...even the weather. THE most beautiful place I have ever lived. Eye candy for the soul. Wonderful filming, thank you so much :-)

I live up there....in a wee place near Kyle of Lochalsh. I could do with a Phantom drone for finding my bloody cows! They graze up in the hills and they wander all over them, it's beautiful but it can take hours to find them and I reckon a drone would be a help lol! Pity they're so pricey :( if I had one I could've sent you more footage from areas around here that not many folk get to see. The place looks so different in the summer months too, it's like a different world sometimes! Great video, I love seeing my home presented so beautifully - us Highlanders can sometimes take the scenery for granted but seeing videos like this make us very proud :)

Oh yeah, next time you're up you should take a jaunt up to the Fairy Glen near Uig. They filmed parts of Stardust there. Up along the Quirang is nice too and if you're feeling brave, take a drive over to Diabaig. Follow the road through Torridon village and you'll nearly poop your pants as you drive over the top of the mountain - you feel like the road just drops off beneath you and it's awesome!

Man. that's one of the top videos ever! fantastic mix of cameras and timelapse. lovely muted colour palette. even though you start and finish with the horizon, it's all about the ground and how solid it is. it's like one of those best flying dreams that makes you feel good all the following day :) I really hope you're in the film business. if not...you really should be!
