Like 86 when that whole wave of brutal thrash came out. One of the comments says Slayer but not that typical or overt.Obvious Slayer vibes but something solid and it's own. There is some of what I like about GAME OVER in there. Good mid tempo thrash with a strong low end.

Was really looking forward to a new full-length but this just sounds like Everlasting Torment with less energy. Hopefully the rest of the album brings something, production is nice and crispy-crunchy.
