High Court hears Pres. Zuma's State of Capture application Part 2

The High Court in Pretoria is hearing President Jacob Zuma's review of directives by former public protector Thuli Madonsela 'that the president must appoint a commission of inquiry into state capture, to be headed by a judge named by the chief justice. Madonsela set out the remedial actions in her report titled State of Capture last year.
