Isko preserve and safe karne ke liye kisi ka bhi presnol asset demolish, destroy, or seized karna padha to karna chiye aur aysa karna correct hai. Even actually, aysa nahi karna, it would be an injustice to the whole nation. Contempt of court by judge trying to threaten an IPS Officer. Judge has no clue how much encroachments have grown in numbers. Courts won’t stop encroachments from happening. Enforcement agencies does, it’s simple.

it is definitely correct to stop the encroachments. but it is the mistake of the govt to give permission to encroach and later demolish it. it should stop further encroachments, but once the lake is encroached and constructions have started, the land is completely unsuitable for lake construction. there are many other ways to address the encroachment issues, this is just autocratic nature of our politicians.
