High diversity is the way to go. You just need one for sowing in spring and one for sowing early autumn.

It could work but for the highest quality forage, I would custom design a better mix for the highest quality forage for the cows

How would you drill this mix with such a high diversity of seed size?

Highly diverse mixes like this tend to go through the drill just fine as the different sizes and shapes of seed tend to lock them all together quite well. Drill it about 3/4 of an inch deep

High diversity mixes do really well at staying mixed. Low diversity mixes with different seed sizes, like Rye/Rape or Oat/Radish can separate and cause issues.

What is plantodate and what’s the next crop

Ideal plant date would be 45-60 days before your first frost... the next crop could be about anything... If you have really specific rotational needs then a different cover crop blend might be a better an option - all depends on what your goals are

It didn't work for me. Way to late for the warm season crop to have been put in, way to late for the cool season mix. Would have been better off going with winter crop
