well this is unexpected, i also trying to build my own high frequency inverter, well most component are the same. what frequency did you use for stage 1 with that winding configuration? is it standart 35khz or reaching more, like 60khz, and for the lpf inductor, is the value also the standart 2-3mH? and what enameled wire diameter did you use?

I think high voltage high power applications must use X1/Y1/Y2(and may be Y3 in your case) capacitors, shouldn’t they? PS Aha, you generate 220AC, so Y3 is not applicable

Friend, I would like to be able to see a project sufficient for the average load of a home, 3,000 watts for example would be enough. With the following features: that works with 48 volts DC at its input to achieve better autonomy in battery performance, that is pure sine wave, that also has a built-in MPPT solar charger sufficient for its capacity. And above all without transformers so that its efficiency is as high as possible.

I don't understand. Why is Batt- connected to the transformer Center tap, the Batt+ to all Drain and mosfets Source to the transformer alternate windings? ***Edit Realized its still going to function the same. But i am used to a conventional design of Batt- to all Mosfet Sources, Batt+ to Transformer Center tap and alternate transformer windings to Mosfets either Drains.

The biggest benefit here is that you don't need to insulate the MOSFETs from each other. You only need to use a single aluminum heatsink.

However, if we set up the MOSFETs this way, we cannot drive the MOSFETs in the usual manner. Therefore, we need to add a small transformer (GDT).
