Yeah I watched enough hight elo stream to know that everything that happens in low elo, also happens in hight elo. People fail flashes, people fail combos, people flame, afk, miss extremly easy skill shots, ult the wrong way... ADC runs into 4/1 Aatrox face because she was running top for a wave and both turned the corner at the same time... It doesnt happen as often as it woudl in hight elo but it happens

They work on math that seems to actually work. You can look at any game state and plop the numbers into the bounty equation and you will see it works as intended. And it is actually very simple now. If you are ahead personally you will give a bounty. And if your team is behind it is harder to personally get the bounty. Thats it...
