I don't know how interested you are in taking on little projects but sometimes if you take a hair dryer or a heating tool to some of those pieces that have been glued together you can get them to come apart so that you can clean them up. I do it all the time with snow globes so that I can open them up and change the dirty water. I feel like that would have worked with the ruffled candle stick holder that was glued to the plate. Happy holidays everyone!

Yep, people like weird. I received a spoon and fork wind chime for my birthday and the person that gave it to me was so excited to give it to me they immediately hung it up on my front porch. I don’t really like it that much but I love the person that gave it to me and am touched by how excited they were to hang it up so there it stays😁tell Adam I have had people ask if I wanted to sell it several times 🤭so Yep, people like weird😁

I've had things like that happen to me too! People don't know how to function in society any longer. No consideration for others.

Woops. The $35 japanese plate is vintage Satsuma ware. It's characterized by the pale greenish-yellow tint. I've been learning about it on a Kyoto antique market vlog. 7,000 ¥en ($100)

You're worst day of thtifting would be a fantastic day where i live. My daughter wants to go to Disney World next year, i might tag along just to experience a thrift store in Orlando. I love pottery and Murano, what could go wrong given that we are flying......
