Her reviews just work better for me. But her skin color and undertone are pretty close to mine. The only thing is I really love Natasha Denona and she’s not a fan of how pigmented the shadows are. There is a Moira powder she recommended years ago and that is still my favorite.

When you asked us to guess which side was high end vs affordable, I stopped the video, enlarged the screen and zoomed in super close. Your skin looks flawless, the shades from complexion to eyes seem identical. The lip on your left seemed a bit more pigmented, but not sure that speaks to quality. Bottom line, I cannot tell the difference between either side. Amazing. Excited to watch the rest of the video!

On the 1st product, I think that keeping the products separate works better at least for me. Trying to combine skincare and makeup in one is pointless and doesn't work well. The reason being is that the company doesn't give 100% on the formula to the foundation and 100% to the formula of the skincare. They have to formulate both to work well together so they have to cut corners. I hope I am making myself clear and understandable lol!

I also noticed that your high-end side was patchy so I thought the other side was the high-end side and I also like the drugstore side better. The milani color looks better than the fenty. Would not spend on the PT palette. Already have those colors. Final: your complexion is beautiful!

I’ve heard less than great comments about the Haus Labs concealer the longer it’s on your skin. I feel that comparing items needs to incorporate long-term wear results, rather than what it looks/feels like right after application.

Great comaparison's! I love the matte Colourpop palette, the Essence blush and the Maybelline mascara. I have gone through a few tubes of the masacara and really love it. I always buy the waterproof one and as long as I work from the root and up, it only takes one coat and curls well. Thanks, Jen💚

You certainly get a lot more colors in the Gone Matte for half the money. Also, to me, since I'm pale, the Patrick Ta palette had a lot of darker colors. Maybe it's geared toward darker skin tones.

Really enjoyed this video. I’ve been considering the Patrick palette but didn’t even know that colour pop palette existed! I am similar skin tone to you and personally would use the second shade in the palette as my transition. I don’t like going too dark and it lends to patchiness. Thanks for the wear test! Most of the similar videos don’t make any sense because of the lack of one. Because, I mean, you can make anything work, but the difference is how it looks after a couple of hours))) I liked both sides this time, the high-end a bit more thought in terms of freshness. The essence blush makes your cheek look more natural, the benifit mascara is darker than the maybelline but the fullness of the maybelline after the second coat looks great loved the colour of the sigma lip cream suited you more and looked fuller. I have to agree with so many other comments. This video was fantastic! You always show us a similar alternative, which is often better. I am going to get that foundation by Heimish (probably spelled it incorrectly), and a few other products you mentioned. I am also disappointed that Sephora discontinued their eyeshadow sticks. I remembered you told us Milani’s sticks were real good for the shiny ones, and Sephora for the Matt. I took your advice and bought these! Fantastic! I will never buy the expensive ones again. Had to come back and let you know that I bought that Maybelline Volum' Express Colossal Curl Bounce Mascara, tried it out for he first time today, wow it made my lashes look so full and long and curled them and the curl lasted all day, I did use 2 coats. The Flower beauty side was definitely brighter at the check in. It looked flawless. Must try and buy some of that. 🙂 I loved the eye crayons too, I’ll take a look at the Milani ones. The blushers, I did prefer the Essence one, I liked the colour better and the less intensity of the glow that the Bare Minerals has. The Moira’s lip gloss I love. Hi Jen, I see no glow with the Huda powder but the right side looks smoother. I have the Patrick Ta #3 too and as cheap as I am, I got it for my birthday. I have all three of those palettes. I love Colourpop palettes and I have that palette too. I have more of their palettes than any other brand I think. You did a great job making the shadow sticks look the same on your lids. I've used Maybelline masaca for a long time. I like the drugstore makeup because it looks just as good as the high end makeup. Thanks for a wonderful video Jen. The Moira foundation is actually an older formula that's been out for a while, I believe they just added some new shades which is why it's on their "new" page. Elf seemed to also made some shimmer twist up eyeshadow sticks that I believe look the same as the fenty shimmer eyeshadow sticks lol like packaging too thh elf bronze color called rose gold and the taupy color called magnetic pull
