bombinbb Padded. You can't do this with inflatables. They are only for fancy dress

mervynsprocket I was looking on alibaba. The sell very similar ones to this but inflate. Found only one vendor sell completely padded. I think this is correct kind to get. I have used my suits for 13 years now and have had excellent performance from these fully foam padded versions. The ones in the link are more robust that the fan powered fancy dress versions I mentioned previously (although, please note that the company have 2 misleading photos of foam padded types and these tellingly are the only photos of suits in action!). I think you would find that these suits may well provide adequate full body-on-body protection, but imaging one fighter falling to the ground on an elbow - air padding would to nothing for such an angle, and you'd end up with a broken bone. In conclusion, I wouldn't touch air padding if I were you
