I remember about 10 years ago when a 9.8 was unheard of . 9.6 was the highest you would hope for . Then all the sudden they started pumping out 9.8s and the 9.6s were not worth as much

Graded comics should have expiration date . The tools that Cgc used when they first started are not the same as today. You have vintage comics That should not be graded in the same standards as today.

That's true. Standards were much stricter in the beginning. So a 9.0 when they first started would likely be a 9.4. I know I sent in a few books during their first years of operation that I need to resubmit.

I sold 7 CGC = $500 ... watched a guy come in a week later: Sold every CGC he had, 40+ = $600 * makes a diff, as my 9.8s, trumped his box of 8.5s, 8.0s & 9.4s

What I'm sick about, is the A. Ho's flooding the market with hundreds of different covers, and thousands of REPRINTS of the same book!!! Thay did the same with sports cards, and the value was gone, and so were the collectors!!! I think the same thing is going to happen to comic books!! 🤔

Make sure your “professionally” graded comic was actually graded right! That pretty much says everything about CGC. Whenever the actual professional company that will replace them shows up these CGC books will become CBCS book lol

The whole Hulk 180-181-182 thing is ridiculous. 182 is his 3rd appearance. He appeared in 180 full body and said his name. And I own all 3 books + Giant Size XM, so however they wanna they wanna slice it im good. but it's ridiculous what they try to convince us is an appearance vs a cameo.

Got a question for you guys. I have a 4.5 signed copy of Hulk #182. Signed books are always tricky based on who signed them. The copy I have has been signed by Stan Lee and Lou Ferrigno. Stan Lee's signature is always a plus but bought the book b/c of Ferrigno's signature b/c I figured he didn't sign many of these books. Do I have something a little special? I know it's worth is based on what someone is willing to pay, but does the Ferrigno signature along with Stan Lee's make it more of a premium? Just tell me you thoughts.
