Rest in peace Chris this episode brought a tear to my eye very well done episode I was adopted didn't turn out well when I found my blood mother so always be prepared for a knock back cause it can happen I did meet my real mum back in 98 cause my adopted mum her name was Rene died in 97 and I always wanted to see what my blood mum was like she was not a nice person never had any more children after me I was born on 21 st June 1968 she did marry a guy who already had 2 of his own she thought more of her career really but to me my late adopted mum was my star and I miss her terribly even after 23 years but you have to crack on I have a 32 year old daughter she has 3 little ones I was only 17 when my daughter was conceived but now all is cool so Rene I hope is in a better place keeping an eye on me I've really digressed sorry for Chris Needs he was fabulous in high hopes I've watched this episode nearly a hundred times no bull I think it's brilliant from David Andrews East Anglian coast England thankyou X

This is the best episode of the lot the other DJ fell asleep and missed the amazing story that unfolded after complaining nothing ever happened on the show brought a tear to my eye when Elsie and Chris said goodbye after they found each other beautifully done sad and funny I watch this episode at least once a week thankyou for this wonderful comedy r I p Margaret and Robert gone but never forgotten X David East Anglia I'm adopted as well

I love high Hope's so much when they were shown on BBC I player last year I spoilt myself and watched every episode over 2 days as I loved them so much then carried on watching often until it they were taken off the I player I never tire best comedy drama ever. Pity there not all on here or on DVD.
