sabse phele glowplug/fuelheater ko check kariye fir fuel injectors ko fir bhi thik nahi ho rha he to chamber me compression pura nahi ho rha hoga ... yani piston ring change kerwana persaqta he ye extreme case he 😇 wese bhi ye purani diesel gadiyo me common he engine cool rhne per.

first check the glowplug / fuel heaters if they are fine then check fuel injectors spray if they are also fine then there must be a compression issue in the chamber which in most cases can be fixed by changing piston rings.. but keep in mind that white smoke in cold Diesel engine is common....
