I actually know why they were banned. They abused a glitch in the game to make insane amount of coins. The diamond ring glitch. It's now fixed and hay day staff banned all the abusers. Keep the game fair guys and don't use glitches or hacking!

The last time I played it was year 2014, I have depression and Hay Day has made me better. I have to change phone so I am not able to play it since then but I just have my acct recovered using my Facebook acct. Stuck in level 31 though haha

I am pretty sure those who are level 500 or something bought diamonds and coins and just leveled up so quickly, I don't think they have been playing hay day since they were like 5 and now they are 20 or something, its BS.

Work is when things are done “fairly”. I hope anyone who does this in real life lose all their “high level” privileges. As for hay day, no one will really “miss”them. Other fair players will get their place and it will be cool.

So if I used a email address that I don’t have access to anymore I’m level 130 and I got new iPhone for Christmas and I play on two devices so when I got new iPhone I transferred everything on to my new iPhone but my high level didn’t come with the iPhone so I logged out of my iPad thinking that I’d get it back but no I didn’t as I don’t have access to the email address anymore

I was banned because my phone died and I got another phone. I didnt know how to get it back. I asked for help to get my farm back and several people tried to help me then one person or not decided I was philshing and banned me. I cried. 1. I lost everything I had worked so hard for, my friends, and I don't even know how to philshing. I don't cheat or lie. I was hurt to the core. I finally did get it back. Gregg kept emailing me and God love him I got it back.
