Just be careful here. Especially, if you move unsecured debt that's not tied to any asset over to secured debt that's tied to your house. Really crunch those numbers to determine if the risk is worth some savings in APR. I'd strictly stick to using this only for costly house repairs or upgrades. Thanks for the info Luke!

Yeah I generally always have a heloc open just because it think it’s a great way to have capital on hand or at least in Que.

Does your Aven credit limit fluctuate with the market? Do they lower your limit if the housing market tanks like in 2008-09? I wouldn't want to be upside down and have Aven messing with utilization.
