I really enjoy your PCX content. Maybe this is why I recently bought a PCX, and I am super happy with it. Same for the rest of the bikes in your fleet - the ST 1300, got really curious about it after watching your PanEuropean videos, the SilverWing, the NC750X etc. Scooters are really practical, I used to ride motorcycles and was kinda skeptical about the scooters, but I was wrong. The PCX is good all-rounder with low fuel consumption, but thinking about something bigger for touring - Silverwing, Burgman 400 or Honda ADV350, which is currently out of my budget for bike... I would recommend testing this scooter and make a video about it if you can find one, not sure if they are imported to the US.

It's really a great bike. There is always room for improvement, but with the cheapness of it i can't imagine a better one. Fuel injected, good brakes, 105mpg and reliable and plenty of parts around. One bike im curious about is the honda super cub and original cub. But that transmission is a little strange.

Hi, Do you know why some scooters are allowed to be driven with no license plates and no insurance, while some need both? I live in New York, if I were to purchase either of these scooters, would I need to register them, pay tax on them, insure them?

You usually need license plates/sticker and insurance. But you see them on the road illegally. Police didn't seem to mind until recently with the horde of people using scooters to do delivery. But many places vary on their legal requirements. I believe a 49cc you need insurance, a registration and sticker and a you can ride it with a permit or car license.

Depends on the state but I know in Florida you can ride a scooter under 50cc without a tag or insurance because in the eyes of the law it’s basically a bicycle.
