I had the same issue on my bike, it actually turned out to be the aftermarket levers messing with the brake plunger. I ended up just putting the stock levers back on and no issues since.

Thank you for this comment!! That’s a wonderful suggestion. We took the lever off but it still doing it. We think it’s the caliper or caliper pin! Still working on it

Wow fighting the suspension, need to revist your setup...Keep in mind most riders think that their suspension is too stiff when in fact it is really to soft! They believe that the harshness is a result of stiff suspension when in actualy you are riding too deep in the stroke where it is harsh and then you keep trying to soften it with clicks that only effect the Low-Speed.....Also your reb is way to quick...should not be bouncing you back when coming up short...also need to land with the gas on to help less that effect as a counter

Thank you so much for all of this info!! Awesome points and I’m going to look into each thing you’ve brought up … as for landing on the gas …. 😂😂. It’s a fitness thing. And a confidence thing. My first couple laps I’m all over it. Then …. It’s like a safety mechanism that I land like that. But it actually hurts me.! I’m going to the track today to test some things. Thank you again So much

@@MahansRacing LOL totally get the fitness thing...might end up in a whiskey throttle.....I would ask your suspenion place to add 1 more face shim to the Mid-Valve to help hold it up better. Its realluy blowing through the stroke and you can't control that with the Clickers. Keep in mind that you can also some what control compression with the rebound. Also ask if they are running a tapered stack on the MV or a standard stack

Sorry not trying to hi-jack your posts....I worked on suspension for many years.....jsut a FYI. I am like you older and a VET racer now and think that you are doing great...keep it up....Suspension should not be a mystery everyone should be able to revalve and setup their own suspension...there is really no secret sauce...its just more experience...If you can do a top end you can work on your own suspension!
