Paying for quality will pay off in the long run❤ Our first project before our furniture was delivered was, we had the whole house painted expect for the basement. We did that months later. Good morning, Fiona! In the area where I live they recently gave everyone a trash and a recycling bin. We have to use it and we have to make sure that we are recycling or else we could get fined. It’s not bad though. There is definitely a lot to consider when buying a home. Great video!💞

Happy Saturday....house ownership is no joke especially here in Canada. My husband is a HVAC technician and he always tells his clients - if you can afford to buy your HVAC system upfront than renting, because renting will cost 2-3 times more the value over time.
