High protein, low calorie vegetable cutlets.Made from a blend of wholesome ingredients such as soya, vegetables, herbs, and spices. A single cutlet gives 65 calories and 5.3gm proteins. Best recipe for weight loss.

Ingredients
1. Soya Granules-50gm
2. Cauliflower-200gm
3. Besan-25gm
4. French beans-30gm
5. Beetroot-80gm
6. Potato-100gm
7. Onion-80gm
8. Coriander Leaves-Handful
9. Green chili- as per taste
10. Cumin seeds-1 tsp
11. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
12. Salt-as per taste
13. Red chili powder- as per taste
14. Oil-1tsp
15. Green peas-20gm
Method
1. Wash and steam, cauliflower, French beans, green peas, beetroot, and potato.
2. Once it cooked mash it.
3. In a pan add water and soya granules, cook for 2-3 mins once it cool down squeeze excess water.
4. Now add cooked soya granules to mashed vegetables, add onion, chili, coriander leaves, spices, salt and besan.
5. Mix well, give cutlet shape.
6. Heat the pan and roast these high protein cutlets.
7. Serve hot with chutney.
