Totally agree I add them to many things, especially if you have something. It’s a little bit dry. It makes a big difference just that nice juiciness

Not a big fish eater here but tuna with tomatoes and spring onions is absolutely delicious. The formula 1 chocolate is a great option for a quick meal at work and is yummy. Good one, John 👍🏻

Excellent video as always …… what’s the difference between using tuna in brine or oil as I always use tuna in brine and drain and add balsamic vinegar?

Well, the oil they put in there is normally a low quality vegetable oil and the brine is just salty water so you don’t really have control over what they’re putting in it. As I want to add healthy fats I put in healthy rapeseed which is cold pressed that is not been chemically extracted and it is good quality so I have full control over what I’m putting in it. I’m also minimising added salt by not having a salty water. I always try to start with the minimal amount ingredients (single ingredient Whole Foods) then add what I want to it.

@ they have a variety of vegan and animal product protein powders. Have you tried them? I had a very bad opinion of Herbalife, without really knowing anything about them. Their Rebuild Strength Protein is probably the best I’ve tried and one of the only whey proteins I have tried that doesn’t give me digestive problems. I took Optimum Nutrition for many years until it started upsetting my stomach. I still use some of the ON products. Do you know anything about NSF certification? If you are buying shakes I’d check they are NSF certified like rebuild strength and ON Golf Standard. I’d always advise single ingredient whole foods though over any supplements.
