Overnight oats suped up with protein and chia.
Recipe:
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2 scoops collagen protein (amzn.to/41U0Env)
- 2 scoops whey protein (amzn.to/3tnGzJq)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (amzn.to/3tnGzJq)
- 2 cups rolled oats
Mix proteins into milk and stir to dissolve. Add/stir in chia seeds and yogurt. Add in 1cup oats and stir in, then add second cup and stir in. Refrigerate overnight, then serve chilled (NO COOKING) with toppings of your choice. I like a bit more milk, blewbs, and sometimes coconut.
