I don’t pass on many mid tier football products but I couldn’t bring myself to buy this. Should be in the low 300s in a couple weeks and will still be a tough buy. It’s just a wild year with the prices and lack of the best rookie autos.

MAN I'm so done with openings sport packs! theirs no value opening packs anymore. I honestly wish people would boycott these scamming companies. You're lucky to get 20-30% of value that it cost which should be illegal tbh. You're better off opening tcg products like mtg, one piece etc.. at worst you break even on the box most of the time you profit..😢 ima stick with singles and clearance packs for the fun rips...

My LCS has these for $420, and my guess is that they sit a while. Absolutely brutal. The checklist is way too deep. You are 100 percent on point here.

@@AcmePacks it’s the same with every product. We should just organize a two week boycott of every release until they release at more reasonable prices. Every product releases insanely high, we realize it sucks, they drop the price, people scoop it up, then the price flies back up. Wish we could skip the first and last steps.

I like the cards but for the $450 price tag and what Panini is putting in their boxes I see why people are opening up Leaf products cause unlicensed products is giving you a chance for the top players but Andy I respect you and will continue to support you no matter what!! Great video 🎉🎉

My theory is they load the low end rc's for autos and the higher the pick the lesser the chance of a top picks auto .. I call it the Skittles theroy ...less reds and purple the desired flavors compared to a bag full of yellow green and orange..

High risk and high reward to try to make us high! Like Terrence McKenna said, the goal of new age is to make everyone high. But what if after getting high, even from cards... you can't come down! I think purchasing products under $50 is good to be perfectly seasoned. If I were to buy any hobby boxes, then under $150 would be good. Don't let your wallet drag you up, but rather lift you up from depression in your frugal purchases. : )

As long as we keep paying ridiculous prices they will continue to push the limits for their profits. Breakers, flippers, and greedy card companies continue to raise the prices on products. The average collector cannot afford these boxes. Panini raise the price so flippers won’t bother. But breakers pay cause they can profit one way or the other. Retail prices were raised to close the gap between hobby and retail. Everybody trying to drain collectors pockets to the point that it is no longer fun. People forget we collect for fun not profit. I understand this is a business first. Time to boycott high prices.

Ultimately this is on panini. They choose to set the prices. I dont blame breakers because people still buy into breaks. If prices were cheaper, breakers would still exist, spots would just be cheaper. You can blame them if you want, but at the end of the day, the pricing is on Panini and Topps.

The auto checklist doesn’t look bad overall but seems like 90% of the volume is in the no name rookies so they might as well not have guys like Herbert and Adrian Peterson listed on there. Wish the volume on those types of vets was a lot higher to offset the lack of high end qb autos
