আচ্ছা আমি যদি রাউন্ড কাউন্সিলিং এ কোন কলেজ পেয়ে যাই এবং সেখানে ভর্তি ও হয়ে যাই কিন্তু ডিসেন্টালাইজ কাউন্সিলিং এ যদি অন্য ভালো কলেজ পেয়ে যাই এবং আগের কলেজটা ছেড়ে দিই ... তাহলে কি আমি আগের কলেজে দেওয়া ৫০০০ টাকা সিট একসেপ্টেন্স ফি টা রিফান্ড পাবো??

Mera bhai ka 80k rank h but he has SC category.... In 2nd round he got hemnalini memorial college of engg kalyani but this college is just 2 years old with no students at all... We want another college should we go for mop up? Will any other college take him at such low rank? Please help
