Is that stealth ladder hinged, so it folds? Also, you might consider attatching a rope of some sort to pull it up with you so nobody takes off with it. 👍🏼

It is hinged and I’ve thought about the rope. I wasn’t really worried at that location but I will pull it up at the next rooftop I do.
