My best advice is to be kind and inclusive to everyone! If you see someone sitting alone at lunch invite them to sit with you! If someone doesn’t have a partner for a group assignment volunteer to be their partner. Talk to as many people as you can and be friendly and open to making new friends and talking to new people. If someone is not being kind stand up for yourself or someone else. Be a buddy not a bully!!!!

As someone who already graduated high school 2 years ago and now going to my junior year in college, take this advice from me. DON'T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF. DON'T STUDY TOO MUCH. I learned this the hard way. Whenever I see high school students passing by, it reminds me of how uneventful my high school life was and how boring my college life is right now. I put my whole high school life trying to get good grades, to get into a good university while taking what could have been my fun moments in high school for granted. Don't take me wrong. I would never trade my college life for another life. I'm now in a good school, doing a degree program that I love, and with college friends I built through hardships that is incomparable to high school. I just wished I lived my life more fully back when I was all in your age. Live your life good high schoolers! ❤ High school is only 4 years. College life is completely different and won't be as fun as high school coz you will be grinding that degree for a big chunk of your time. There's no "it's alright, it's just a grade" high school vibes. College is college. If you fail, you fail and start over again. Also, my high school "life" ended short when 2020 pandemic happened and online class became a thing. I was in my junior year back then 😂 Mind to tell you, all my college friends were so mad because we didn't get to experience junior and senior year like you all did 😂😂

hey dont stress too much guys :)) as someone who also just graduated highschool, i know it can be a lot at times but just remember that hsc isnt the pinnacle of your life, it'll just build who you become later on. so just make sure to study, have fun, make good decisions, stick close to good friends and you'll be okay!!

UGHH thank you because i am a freshman and a little while ago i had cut off a few people who were constantly negative and talking bad about others, even our friends, and for winter break i had distanced myself from them to reflect on myself and what i did with them and i realized i didnt like who i was and who i was hanging out with, i understand now that joining in on them about people for no reason was a terrible decision which ended up me being humiliated for trying to stand up and share for how i feel and that i didnt want to be friends with people who decided to talk about people then continue to be friends with them, thank you sm for this, ILY and now im with a group who loves me for who i am and is positive 247!! I graduated high school 2 years ago and everything she said is soo true! I let my anxiety get in the way so I didn’t join many clubs or sports and the people I knew that did join or were a part of those teams and things they always told me how much fun it is. And yes ALWAYS ASK FOR HELP!! I didn’t and it made me struggle soo much in high school.

Going to college/university is almost the same as going to high school especially at the beginning when you’re just trying to figure everything out, this advice will definitely help to all students out there and after all I should note some down specifically about the environment, people that surround us, also give their part to us so it’s important who you spend your time with! I’ve been in the situation the same as Colie where I was trying to fit in into the wrong group of people and it didn’t end well😭 I wasn’t liking these people as the time came by, they were gossiping about people and God knows what they were talking about me behind my back. When I found out that they’re not genuine, I pushed myself back and found a much more smaller and loyal friends! 🫶🏻 Be with Positive Patricia!
