This is exactly why you should never be super quiet when your baby is sleeping! You should go about your normal business (unless you're normally really quiet lol) and make noise so they can sleep through basically everything.

Zainab Girl remain focused but always make time for your self at least a few minutes once a week if the baby is playing or napping do something for your self and don’t worry about some house work because there will always be clothes to fold and dishes to wash
