This reminds me so much of Myself... My wife is also my high school sweetheart, im 31 now and will be married 10 years this year and together for almost 15 years... Time flies!! But yah , looking at this , they look like early high school kids,, im getting old.. I told her that we were going to get married at our 3 month anniversary... And here we are, so many years later... Dont let age stop you, people doubted us too because of our age... Just be together for a couple of years before you get married and your all good to go...

Exactly, I got married to my wife when she was 19 and I was 22 and we just celebrated our 20th anniversary. Age has nothing to do with it, it is the willingness to truly commit and realize that there is no other option than to work through the hard times, and also that the good times will always outweigh the bad ones. I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 years now we live together and have been through everything. We met in 10th grade biology and have been together since. We’re 18, have talked about marriage soon. People now a days think since we’re young we should party and be with as many people as you can. High school sweethearts are rare and it’s something I’m really lucky to have. I have loved growing and sharing life with my boyfriend, we have made so many amazing memories and have done so many things. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I know sometimes it’s rough to hear people say “it probably won’t last” or “you’re toooo young to be getting married” don’t listen. Nobody knows your life and your guys relationship. Not many people know how special it is to be in love so young anymore. Congratulations to you and yours and I hope you have a long happy marriage.

that's so true! only because young marriages aren't common in western society doesn't make them any less sincere or strong or lovely!
