I don't think its so much them not knowing how to speak properly as it is a regional dialect. A lot of the words they mispronounced are known to be said that way in some parts of the south. I'm from Missouri and depending on what part of the state you're from you might pronounce it Ma-zur-ah🤷🏾♀️. Some folks from Louisiana pronounce it Weeziana.

@@nataliehuerta257 "it hurt me" is the correct way. I never knew how I talked was incorrect until I was 14. Maaan but it's okay I'm not really interested in speaking English forever, it's already messing things up for my brain which is why I'm always gonna be speaking it incorrectly, it's how my brain works, let it be. "It hurted me" makes sense better to me.

This is a perfect example of "babies having babies." It was hard to hear when the young man said, I found out on the way to 4th period!" I pray this beautiful young lady gets a mentor and learns her worth, that they get tutors to further their education and that the Father of this innocent child is revealed and steps up to the plate. The mother is the worst of them all. Too busy trying to be a friend instead of parenting effectively. Allowing her son to make degrading songs about women and hanging out with teenagers like she wasn’t raised with the sense God gave a knat. Raise your son before the streets get involved fully. It’s a shame when Judge Lake said in so many words that the guidance they need, they aren’t getting it. The young man’s mother didn’t seem to pick up on that.

There’s a line between bad parenting and overprotective parenting, you seem to be deeper to the overprotective side. That isn’t as bad as having a bad parent, but you were already a full adult capable of being independant. It probably didn’t come down much to parenting but the fact you were living under their roof, so of course you’d need to abide their rules
