I don't think its so much them not knowing how to speak properly as it is a regional dialect. A lot of the words they mispronounced are known to be said that way in some parts of the south. The mother is the worst of them all. Too busy trying to be a friend instead of parenting effectively. Allowing her son to make degrading songs about women and hanging out with teenagers like she wasn’t raised with the sense God gave a knat. Raise your son before the streets get involved fully. It’s a shame when Judge Lake said in so many words that the guidance they need, they aren’t getting it. The young man’s mother didn’t seem to pick up on that.
