No ways. These are real students, real skirts' length in South Africa. Parents who complain about it, do not stand a chance of winning the battle. I normally see it amongst black school girls. When you go to white schools or formerly white schools, discipline is still maintained. The length of school uniform isI still appropriate. Roman Catholic schools wouldn't allow this nonsense. To make it worse, some don't wear anything under the dress. They know that they have to go up the steps. Sick society.
