Corner backs are the most premier athletes on the field so don't take it as a knock. Keep practicing, grinding, and mentally focus on getting better, it will help you to become a better receiver and overall football player. Good luck

When would u use a foot fire release?

When a DB is maybe about 1-2 yards away- you do that release to close space and attack
