High sens has the benefit of being able to cover more ground faster than low sens. Main benefit of low sens is more stable cross hair less affected by mouse movement but you can learn to compensate on high sens

How your game looks so crisp on 960 man! good video btw. How long do you play the game and how much daily training you do?

I use a little bit of sharpening filter when editing the video that might be why it looks more crisp. Played cs on and off since 2014 ish so i have about 5k hours total on cs, I don't do much training for cs i just deathmatch about 15 min before playing to get warmed up, I do have 600h on kovaak's tho but not any daily routine.

it's all about tension control being as relaxed as possible micro adjusting and only tensing up while flicking, i think it's the constant tension that can lead to injuries as i have never experienced any pain so far even after hours of playing, because if you think about it you never get hurt just having your hand relaxed on a table :)

du är teammaten som är the totala wildcardet. Kan tänka mig du är super inconsistent med så pass hög sens så antingen är du 150 adr killen i laget som man reportar när man själv har 75 adr eller så är du går för clips 20 adr i laget. Aja clipsen du fått i ihop i videon var ju sjuka iallafall och låten är get.
