In this visual there is not much of traffic. Sometimes we may have to drive in the lane adjacent to the centre median island. It will be like going alongside a line. Suddenly a u-turn gap may be there. The centre median line after that gap will not be exactly straight to the line of the median before the gap. After the gap the median would start slightly towards the left. So if we go in the same (imaginery) straight line we will hit the centre median on the other side of the gap. So we should be alert. Hope Mr. Birla will be able to catch my point.
