High Speed Gate Driver for MOSFETs using Discrete Components

In this video i have shown a circuit for designing a high speed MOSFET gate driver. this gate driver can switch upto 500kHz of switching Frequency. Its based on BJT totem pole gate driver circuit but required 3 more components.

why here you have used BJT instead of logic MOSFET in the level shifter?

No particular reason. You can use MOSFET as well.
