@Hi There when you originally commented on this the 2019 blue angels were the current team. They are now different and unless you are related to the blues you don’t know them. HiThere, unless they had some dinner with you, you don’t even know the current ones. I have watched many documentaries and met many Blue angels and one key thing to joining the team is that you have to be good with people. The point is, they can make fun of another Airforce or Navy Demo. They all joke around. It is part of it.

We camp in the desert East of San Diego, and it happens to be where the Blue Angels practice, along with other jets dropping dummy bombs on an old tank. Its pretty amazing to watch.

When I used to go to shows as a kid, the Thunderbirds used to do this fly bye where one was flying normal and the other plane was flying upside down. Do they not do this anymore? The fighter jets are cool to watch, but one of my favorites was the British bomber the Vulcan.

I’m 16 and I just got my PPL. Working on my instrument rating now. Next year I’m going for helicopter license. If the Air Force would let me fly I’d do it. Huge difference between my Diamond DA62 and an F16, F22 😂
